About us
Staffing Inc is a locally owned, privately held organization located in Grand Rapids, MI. We started in 1988 as Professional Career Search (PCS Temporary Services). PCS provided general labor and clerical candidates to a limited number of local customers. In 1989, we became Staffing Incorporated.
Our primary mission was to create strong, personal partnerships with our temporary employees and customers, in order to improve the local communities in which we live. We flourished under this model and grew significantly in the 1990’s. With growth came expansion into other HR services. In order to differentiate our services from our original staffing model, the company adopted an umbrella name: Axios Incorporated (Axios means "worthy").
Today, we have six divisions that support our position as the only full-service Human Resource Outsourcing organization based in the West Michigan market. Our product lineup provides our partners with a wide range of HR solutions.
