We evaluate our employees on a daily basis and let both employees and their supervisors know how they are doing. We solicit this information to determine whether an employee is doing his assigned job effectively.
Some of the metrics we use to measure performance are:
Turnover Ratio – the lower the turnover, the better the performance!
Duration Ratio – how long is the average length of stay for an employee?
Recruiting Ratio – how often are we hiring employees? If we are hiring many, is work available for them?
Performance Pay Structure: Our staff’s monthly bonuses are tied directly to their individual office performance. If we do not perform for you, we don’t reward ourselves.
