History
Staffing Inc. is a locally-owned, privately-held organization headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Founded in 1988, Staffing Inc. began as Professional Career Search (PCS Temporary Services). PCS Temporary Services provided only general labor and clerical candidates to a limited number of local customers. In July 1989, PCS Temporary Services became Staffing Incorporated.
Staffing Inc.’s primary mission was to create strong, personal partnerships with our temporary employees and customers, in order to improve the local communities in which we live. The company flourished under this model and grew significantly in the 1990’s. With growth came expansion into other value-added H.R. products offerings. In order to differentiate our new services from our original staffing model, the company adopted an umbrella name: Axios Incorporated (the word "Axios" means "Worthy").
Today, Axios Incorporated is defined by our six divisions which support our position as the only full-service Human Resource Outsourcing organization based out of the West Michigan Market. The depth of our product line-up provides our partners with a wide range of Human Resource solutions.
