Todd VandenHeuvel, Lakeshore Regional Manager
Todd was born and raised in Muskegon. Under Todd’s leadership, the Lakeshore region of Staffing Inc. has improved over 200% making his region the top performer over the last 2 years and earning his team Office-of-the-Year honors in 2009.
During his college career, Todd received his BA in Education from Aquinas College, as well as, earning Academic All American honors twice in baseball and basketball. Prior to joining Staffing Inc. Todd taught and coached at his alma mater, Mona Shores.
Dan Seal, Ionia Regional Manager
Dan has been in the Human Resource field for the past ten years. As a human resource generalist and Manager of Staffing Inc.’s Ionia office, Dan’s experience includes; Health and Safety, Operational Excellence Training and Employee Relations.
Dan has a Master Degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Management from Northwood University.
Becky Hall, Grand Rapids Regional Manager
Becky Hall joined Staffing Incorporated in June of 2000, managing several different offices, most recently the Grand Rapids Region. She has overseen tremendous growth throughout the years. Prior to Staffing Inc., Becky worked in Retail Management for over 17 years.
Becky has a BBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University. Becky is currently pursuing her MBA through WMU, as well. In her spare time, Becky enjoys golfing and biking.
Shannon Burkel, Vice President of Sales
Shannon Burkel recently had her 11th anniversary with Staffing Inc. and Office Staffing, Divisions of Axios Incorporated. She began as an intern while attending Western Michigan University in 2000. Shannon graduated from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business with a bachelors in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology. After graduation she was offered a full-time position with Staffing Inc. as a Human Resource Consultant. Shannon then moved into Management of Staffing Incorporated's Ionia branch office and Operations / Sales Manager over Office Staffing and Axios – Professional Recruitment. She is currently the Vice President of Sales for Axios Incorporated and all divisions and pursuing her MBA at Western Michigan University.
Shannon Burkel's expertise include human resource functions and knowledge, account management, budgeting and financial planning, new business development, operations management, employee development, strategic business planning, customer service, and traditional and digital marketing. She is a problem solver, organized, and highly driven. Shannon truly prides herself on being customer centric and loyal. She is proactive, creative, and a motivator.
Allison (Ali) Heerdt, Office Staffing Manager
Ali is the Operations Manager for Office Staffing. She has been with Office Staffing for 4 1/2 years and has in-depth knowledge of professional and administrative recruitment, as well as, overall human resource functioning. Working primarily with Professional, Manufacturing, Service and Management industries, Ali is well-versed in finding the right professionals for local businesses. It is Ali’s promise to have value added relationships, achieved through solutions, such as, comprehensive recruitment, intensive screening processes and well managed hiring programs.
Ali graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Public Administration. She is highly involved in her community and serves on the leadership board for the Kentwood Jaycees. Ali and her family currently reside in Grand Rapids. She and her husband, Brian, find enjoyment watching their 1-year old daughter, Lindsey, grow, laugh, learn and play!
Rose Littleton, Event Staffing Manager
Rose has worked for Staffing Inc. for over 12 years. Prior to Staffing Inc. Rose worked for Davenport University, in their admissions department.
She manages the staff at Van Andel Arena, Berlin, the West Michigan Whitecaps and Howard Chenery. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and photography.
She is currently attending Full Sail University, an Entertainment Business program. In addition, she has attended the Business Administration program at Ferris State University.
Shelley Keller, Regional Manager
Shelley started with Staffing Inc. in November of 2011. As the Regional Manager, she is responsible for growing market share, diversifying our client base, developing close relationships with our customers and managing small to medium size accounts.
Prior to Staffing Inc., Shelley has 14 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, selling staffing services, capital equipment and material handling. Shelley is a graduate of Davenport University with a BA in Accounting.
