Defining "Value"
In the temporary staffing world, many businesses judge their value based on their own income. This makes sense from a profitability standpoint. They can continuously fill positions with more people because each placement is poor.
Staffing Inc. views value much differently. We measure success by the placements that are hired by the client. In our eyes, there is no better compliment than finding the right fit for our customers. It also is more cost effective to find the right match. There is less recruiting and screening needed when you do it right the first time.
